For his wish, Jake received a brand new custom-made Les Paul guitar and flew to Nashville to tour the Gibson Guitar Factory. While in Nashville, Jake stayed at the Marriott hotel in a lavish suite, received tickets to box seats for a Tennessee Titans football game and tickets to the Country Music Hall of Fame, plus a celebration party!
